The Dixie Fellowship is the annual conclave of Section SR-5. There are currently 11 lodges in the Dixie stretching from lower North Carolina, all of South Carolina, and upper Georgia. The lodges include Bob White 87, Santee 116, Tomo Chi-Chi 119, Tsali 134, Atta Kulla Kulla 185, Itibapishe Iti Hollo 188, Muscogee 221, Unali'yi 236, Skyuka 270, Catawba 459, and Eswau Huppeday 560. In the past other members included Egwa Tawa Dee 129, Mowogo 243, and Echeconnee 358.
