Domestic USA, Canada and Mexico Shipping by USPS First Class Mail
Shipping and handling on the Santeeswapper Store is simple and the same as it would be on our eBay Store. Cost for the first item is $1.50 s&h. Each additional item is reduced 50% to just an additional 75 cents. The maximum you will be charged for shipping and handling no matter how many items your purchase is $10.

For example:
2 items= $1.50 + .75 = $2.25
3 items = $1.50 + .75 + . 75 = $3.00
10 items = $1.50 + (.75 x 9 additional items) = $8.25
more than 12 items = $10 maximum charge for s&h

Domestic USA Only - USPS First Class Parcel with Delivery Confirmation
For those domestic buyers who prefer to be able to track your shipment we offer an option which costs a little more than regular First Class Mail but does include Delivery Confirmation. You will able to electronically track your package and know the exact time and place it is delivered by the US Postal Service. This shipping and handling service is $2.50 for the first item and 75 cents for each additional. The maximum charge is $10 no matter how many items you order.

For example:
1 item = $2.50
2 items = $2.50 + .75 = $3.25
3 items = $2.50 + .75 + .75 = $4.00
10 items = $2.50 + (.75 x 9 additional items) = $9.25
more than 10 items = $10 maximum charge for this shipping option

International Shipping (countries other than Canada, Mexico, or USA)
We ship international orders through First-Class Mail International via the US Postal Service. Rates for this service are $2.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Due to the cost of shipping we can not offer a maximum shipping rate. We reserve the right to charge extra for especially bulky or heavy items.

For Example:
1 item = $2.50
2 items = $2.50 + $1 = $3.50
3 items = $2.50 + $1 +$1 = $4.50
10 items = $2.50 + ($1 x 9 additional items) = $11.50
there is not cut off in shipping charges - each additional item adds $1 to the rate

Return Policy
We do our best to accurately describe each item including a high quality digital picture or scan. However, there are instances when you may receive an item and not be happy with it. We offer a no questions asked seven day return policy from the time you receive the item. This is a firm one-week window to return the item with no questions asked. Please note that the refund is on the cost of the item - not on our s&h fees or your cost incurred by returning the item.

Item Not Available
There may be rare occasions when an item is purchased that is no longer available because it was overlisted or was sold at a Trade-O-Ree without being immediately de-listed. In these cases the responsibility is on us and you will receive a full refund for the item including s&h fees on that item. We do our best to maintain an accurate store inventory but mistakes do happen.

Shipping Insurance and Delivery Confirmation
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail. You may have your item shipped via USPS First Class Parcel with Delivery Confirmation. This is the simplest method to track your shipment. Please email us for a quote if you would like to purchase USPS Insurance. This will be an extra fee on top of normal s&h.
